Hey everyone, I tend to get reflective around this time of year, and for the last couple years I’ve done an annual review/goal setting exercise during Christmas break. That said, I’m taking a slightly different approach this year. My emphasis is going to be on habits and consistency rather than meeting goals. Let me explain.
Great post, Peter! I'm curious how you plan to measure success of the habits you want to build. I like the idea of not having set goals that are either pass/fail by the end of the year. However, by not setting goals how do you gauge whether you're on track with the habits you set to build? How do you define habit? When does it become a habit? How do particular habits contribute to personal growth? I hope these questions spark something that contributes to your planning for 2021. No doubt great things are in store for you!
